		<description>I couldn&#039;t have said it better myself, Karri. All of my clients get a copywriting questionnaire before I start a project, but half the time, they come back half completed. It&#039;s impossible to sell something if you don&#039;t know who you&#039;re selling it to or what makes it special!</description>
