CLIENT – SERVICE PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP
The nature of the relationship between snap! virtual associates inc. and the client is that of independent contractor and client. The relationship is not a partnership, joint venture, association, principal and agent, employer and employee or other designation that would imply a proprietary right or interest of either party in affairs of the other.
REFUND POLICY
Marketing Services Contracted to Individual Clients
(Including but not limited to coaching, consulting, copywriting, and SEO.)
The Client will be asked to sign a detailed service agreement prior to work beginning to ensure a clear understanding of scope and fees.
Due to the highly variable environment in which marketing takes place?but especially Internet marketing?results cannot be guaranteed. As such, all deposits, retainers and other payments made by the Client to snap! virtual associates inc. for Marketing Services provided are non-refundable unless pre-authorized by the Service Provider in writing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services Clause
The variables that impact the search engine ranking of any web page are too numerous too mention here. Search engine algorithms determine not only what matters to ranking but the weight of each variable. Competitive situations on the Internet are also in constant flux. Therefore, snap! virtual associates inc. does not “guarantee” search engine positioning for any web page in any circumstance.
If the client chooses to alter any aspect of his/her website at any time, this can impact the search rank for the pages contained within that site. snap! virtual associates inc. is not responsible for changes in rank that may result before, during or after the life of the contract.
Training Programs, Workshops and Digital Products
Our training programs, workshops and digital products come with a satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to the offer in question for details, or, when not specified, invest with confidence knowing that we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your training program, workshop, or digital product, please request an exchange or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.

Charge Backs
Charge backs on credit cards or through PayPal are not a refund solution, and will not be considered a viable method for resolution of a dispute by the Client. This includes Client charge backs through Paypal.com and InternetSecure.com merchant accounts. All charge backs will be sent to the account holders’ credit card company with proof of service’s and signed contract herein.
The client will be charged a minimum amount of $100.00 for filing a fraudulent charge back representing Service Provider’s administration charge for handling the charge back.
LIABILITY
snap! virtual associates inc. shall not be liable to the Client for any loss or damages with respect to the manner, extent or degree to which the material, information or opinions produced pursuant to the Service Agreement, are used or relied upon by the Client.
Any decision to use or rely on the material, information and opinions is the Client?s alone, and we as a service provider bear no responsibility for the degree of effectiveness or other consequences that may arise from such use or reliance.
Without limiting the generality of this clause, the Client shall be fully and exclusively responsible for proofreading any materials produced pursuant to the Service Agreement, as well as ensuring the accuracy or suitability of the materials, information or opinions, in any given situation.

We will not publish, display or otherwise use Client testimonials without the Client?s explicit consent.
2) To Assist with Payment Processing for Products and Services
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.
We may also request you to opt in to our mailing list for the purpose of emailing you periodic correspondence, product or service promotions and other. You may decline this invitation to opt in, and you may opt out of this news service at any time.
Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
